Do You Accept Medicare and Medicaid?
We do accept Medicare and Medicaid. Please provide the front desk a copy of your current medicare or medicaid card.
Do You Accept Tricare?
Yes.
Do You Bill My Insurance Directly?
Yes, as a courtesy we bill most commercial insurance companies directly, however it is your responsibility to verify your coverage. Co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of exam.
What Is The Cost Of My Ultrasound?
Please call the office directly, we are happy to provide you with the cost of your exam.
Do I Need A Referral To Schedule An Ultrasound?
Yes, for a diagnostic ultrasound we require a referral from your health care provider for all our appointments. For an Elective ultrasound we do not require a referral, but you must be under the care of an obstetric provider.
